Sugar's sushi rolls
Our rolls are made to share or to start a dinner. The menu includes the Spicy Tuna Roll with tuna, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo and sesame, the Salmon Aburi Roll with salmon, miso mayo and furikake, the Soft Shell Crab Roll with crispy soft shell crab and unagi glaze, and the Crispy Avocado Roll with tempura.
Asian flavours, our own ideas
Sugar serves an international kitchen with Asian influences. We work with flavours like miso, teriyaki, ginger, chilli and sesame. With sushi, the balance is in the details: a fresh counterpoint to a rich sauce and the right crunch.
Pair it with bites to share
Start with a few rolls for the table and add edamame, a Wagyu Toast or a Salmon Toast. Then move on to pasta, fish or something from the grill.
