Sugar serves an international kitchen with Asian influences. We work with flavours like miso, teriyaki, ginger, chilli and sesame, and pair them with the creamy, generous style of American pastas, richly topped sushi rolls and dishes from the grill.
The balance is in the details: a fresh counterpoint to a rich sauce, the right crunch and the perfect cook. That is what we work on with every dish.
