Job Overview:
The Cook/All-Rounder is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes. This role involves working across different kitchen stations, assisting with prep, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
  • Work across various kitchen stations as needed (grill, fry, salad, etc.).
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and waste reduction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to handle various cooking tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
